As a company we have a wide range of experience spanning over 25 years, which enable us to offer a complete in house design service, ranging from an initial site survey for quotation purposes.  Up to a complete design, manufacture and installation package managed internally to provide an effective and cost effective solution to a wide range of industrial issues.

Sheet Metal Services offer a complete design service for all your dust and fume extraction requirements backed by a wide range of experience in all aspects of ventilation and environmental design. Our aim is to provide efficient, effective solutions to the many and varied problems arising from modern manufacturing and production processes, whilst at the same time complying with today’s stringent health and safety regulations.

After an initial site survey to evaluate the needs of the client, our Technical Sales Engineer passes all the relevant information, including dimensions and sketches, to our Project Engineers. They then provide a comprehensive quotation and a schematic drawing outlining our proposed solution in a clear, concise manner.

Once the order has been placed measurements are taken, manufacturing drawings are prepared and everything is submitted for the client approval. This method of approach ensures that everyone involved is fully informed before manufacture and installation proceed.
