Welding and Fabrication
- Mig or Tig Welding
- Complex fabrications a speciality
- Bespoke design service available
Our team of highly skilled fabrication engineers are able to undertake the development of very complex fabrications. We offer a range of solutions across multiple sectors and our team of specialist welding fabrications experts are able to offer solutions to the most complex multi-part assemblies using a range of approaches.
Welding fabrications employ a variety of methods. Components can be fully welded using either MIG (metal inert gas) or TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding processes depending on the finish required and materials being used. TIG welding is often used for thinner gauge materials and is a versatile method used for a variety of materials to achieve a fine and delicate welding finish when required; heat is created from an electric arc between a tungsten electrode and the component part. On the other hand, MIG welding, a process using a spool of welding wire, continuously sped, that melts as it burns, fusing the base and parent metals together, is an ideal method to weld aluminium, stainless and mild steel. MIG welding allows us to weld a wide range of materials of varying thickness from thin gauge sheet right through to heavy plate.
We specialise in complex welding fabrications and with 30 years industry experience, we are experts in high speed machining and multi-faceted welding and engineering projects. We are continually investing in our business and our engineers; upgrading our machinery and equipment to meet new innovations and technologies, enabling us to offer our clients the very best in high quality, engineering expertise. We are centrally based in the West Midlands, serving a national and international client base; our clients range from small companies to large multi-nationals and we pride ourselves with our reputation for quality and reliability. We offer one-off projects and prototypes as well as large scale schemes.
Our design team are happy to work with your existing drawings, guiding you through the project process from quotation to installation. Alternatively, we are able to offer a bespoke design service, carrying out an initial on site survey and providing a quotation; our engineers will evaluate your needs and propose the most cost effective solution to your project, providing a schematic drawing outlining our proposals. We will produce manufacturing drawings and our team will carry out full installation and final inspections on site.
